school is out but i'm teaching summer school so i have to plan for that and i'm cleaning the house because i haven't in weeks and also golly tried to kill me a bird but i wouldn't let her and so i had to take care of it for a couple of days and oh yeah and i have an ant problem and i can't leave a morsel of food out for more than two and a half minutes without a swarm of ants descending and

yeah, the ex is actually one of my good friends now. we dated a few long years ago and still hang semi-regularly (see this comic). he's a great dude.

i had food poisoning on sunday with rice too.... what did you eat?
i actually got food poisoning thursday night. my neighbors were having a potluck (a potluck is a party where lots of people each cook a different thing and everyone brings their food to the party.) and i tried a very spicy curry that my mouth could handle, but apparently my stomach could not. it was good though. (going down...)
